English voice-over · Illustrative fictional workflow
A fictional owner’s day, from scattered tasks to a clearer view of the work. Payment status is tracked manually; this is not online charging.
02 / Follow the same record
Link the learner, instructor and lesson time. Keep the next action beside the booking.
One place to understand the day. A clear next step for your team.
These are captures of existing DriveOps and AutoOps components rendered locally with fictional records. DriveOps uses simulated API responses; AutoOps uses frontend demo state. They demonstrate the interface, not a live customer installation or verified backend persistence.
Your proposal identifies the version, configuration and any custom development. Ask to inspect the workflow you will actually use before accepting it.
05 / A clear commercial conversation
Tell us how your business works. We will define the scope and pricing in a proposal tailored to your needs.
Additional workflows, complex migration, third-party services and later changes may be charged separately. No universal inclusions or support response times are promised here.
Talk through my business06 / From a conversation to daily use
Walk through a real day: people, handovers and the problem worth solving first.
Write down deliverables, price, responsibilities and how acceptance will work.
Review the workflow with safe example data. Resolve the gaps before launch.
Agree data preparation, training and acceptance, then plan the launch.
Continue with the service and changes defined in your agreement.
Timing depends on scope, integrations and data readiness. A delivery plan is agreed after discovery.
07 / Before you decide
We start with your current process. DriveOps and AutoOps provide existing workflow foundations; custom fields, roles and changes are reviewed and agreed in scope.
Possibly. We review the third-party API, access permissions, data format and ongoing costs. An integration is included only when it is explicitly agreed.
Manual payment tracking exists. Online payment integration is under development and is not verified live. Recording a payment does not charge a card or transfer money.
We review a safe sample, format, quality and volume first. Mapping, cleanup, migration and validation are scoped before an import. Do not send private records through this form.
There is no universal turnaround. Scope, data readiness, integrations and review availability determine the plan. Milestones are agreed before work begins.
Training format, sessions, materials and responsibilities are specified in the proposal. We agree who needs access and how your team will review the workflow.
Your contract must state business-data ownership, permitted use and export arrangements. Source-code ownership or licensing is a separate term; a subscription does not automatically transfer source code.
We agree roles, hosting, access administration, backup frequency, retention and restoration responsibilities for your setup. These policies must be confirmed before launch; no blanket certification or guarantee is claimed.
The proposal defines hosting arrangements, maintenance and support coverage, along with exclusions and any usage or third-party costs. The reference price does not imply unlimited changes.
Notice, billing, export format, handover assistance and data retention or deletion are explicit contract terms. Confirm these before signing; they are not assumed here.
08 / Your next chapter
Tell us about the process, not your private customer records. We can start with a conversation about the fit.
